In our opinion, there are two countries in the world which produce exquisite lamb: Ireland and New Zealand. Both countries boast lush grass, fresh water and a wonderful climate respectively. The result is meat which has an amazing texture and tastes simply delicious. We receive our Irish lamb deliveries from our partners on a weekly basis – both fresh and frozen.
