Ibérico and Duroc – the delicious duo

Initially, it was air-dried ham jamón ibérico that symbolised luxury Mediterranean cuisine. In the meanwhile, this meat has also taken the culinary world by storm. No wonder, as the special way in which the animals are fed and farmed defines the quality of the meat with its nutty taste. The Duroc pig originated in the U.S.
